Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was wrongfully removed, you may file a counter-notification. Your submission must contain:

• A clear identification of the removed material and its location before removal (e.g., a specific URL).
• Your full legal name and contact details, including your address, phone number, and email.
• A statement under penalty of perjury confirming your good faith belief that the material was taken down as a result of an error or misidentification.
• A declaration consenting to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court and agreeing to accept service of legal documents from the complainant.
• A valid signature, either electronic or physical.

Processing Counter-Notifications

After receiving your counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not take legal action within 10-14 business days, we will reinstate the content.
